I began to watch this show a few months ago. So I haven't been in the fandom very long, but I have to say I immediately was hooked. Most people don't catch on to how big of a message this show has to the viewers but I did. The message is that you can get through whatever was shoved in your face. Sam and Dean both went through so many traumatic experiences throughout their lives on the show, but never gave up they always kept going. Then I found out that Jared Padalecki and Jensen Ackles formed a organization called A.K.F. It is a charity based for people who are suffering through anxiety, suicidal thoughts and people who have to keep fighting in their lives. I really took it to heart and have to say that it saved my life many times. I was going through a rough patch in my life that all I wanted to do was end it. But than I thought "always keep fighting" that is a reason to not end it. If I end it I can never take it back. So instead everytime I had a suicidal thought, or felt the need to harm myself. I thought of A.K.F and how it will get better and began to have faith. So if Jared or Jensen is reading this story I wanted to say thank you so much because if it wasn't for Supernatural or discovering your charity who knows if I would still be on this Earth. So thank you. Love you guys so much.

Whenever I get upset I like to read the Candle speech that Jared said. It makes me feel like an elephant was lifted off my chest. So again I wanted to say thank you, thank you, thank you so much!
