Strength during my illness

I got into Bowie when I was around 11. My dad had a cd in the car and I loved what I was hearing. It wasn't until I was 14 that i really fell in love with his work. I was diagnosed with kidney failure. I spent 6 weeks in hospital when first diagnosed. I listened to every Bowie album from start to finish. Those songs are what got me through one of the hardest times of my life. I fell into this world of amazement listening to his songs. I was in love with this enigma of a man. And I will be forever thankful for his art. RIP Starman, my love for you is eternal. Xxx
